Preamble

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website mystellyo.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Products

STELLYO sells ambient projection products and related accessories, including projection discs, cables, and other compatible accessories.

Product specifications and features are described on the relevant product page. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual projection results may vary depending on room lighting, projection distance, surface, and other environmental factors.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency, all taxes included where required by law. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time you confirm your purchase.

Any applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed during checkout.

3. Order Process

To place an order:

1. Select your product and preferred package
2. Add the product to your cart
3. Review and validate your cart
4. Enter your shipping and billing information
5. Select your payment method
6. Review and confirm your order
7. Receive your order confirmation by email

Your order becomes effective once your payment has been successfully processed. A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

• Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
• Estimated delivery: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

In addition, STELLYO offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

This commercial guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Legal Guarantees

In accordance with applicable law, the seller is bound by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.

For customers covered by EU consumer law, goods are subject to a minimum two-year legal guarantee against defects or lack of conformity.

9. Product Use and Liability

Customers are responsible for using the product in accordance with the instructions provided. The projector should:

• Be used indoors unless otherwise specified
• Be kept away from water and excessive moisture
• Be kept away from excessive heat or open flames
• Not be used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

Do not stare directly into the projector's light source.

STELLYO cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer protection rights.
