RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
In addition to this legal right, STELLYO offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you up to 90 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included
- The product must be in its original condition, without damage
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Procedure

We will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Important: items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the product is not defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, return shipping costs are covered by STELLYO.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at contact@mystellyo.com with photos or videos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or full refund.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds:
- The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the original order
- Processing time: within 14 business days after receipt of the returned product
- Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund
