SATISFACTION GUARANTEE – 90 DAYS
At STELLYO, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a refund under our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If the product does not meet your expectations, simply contact us and we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 14 DAYS
For customers covered by applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.
Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is an additional commercial guarantee and does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you. In the European Union, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Products must be returned in their original condition, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and the terms of our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If the product is defective, damaged or not as described, please contact us before returning it so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

- We will respond within 24 business hours with the appropriate return instructions.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
