ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between STELLYO and any customer who makes a purchase through www.mystellyo.com.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS
STELLYO sells ambient projection products and related accessories, including projection discs, cables, and other compatible accessories.
Product specifications and features are described on the relevant product page.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual projection results may vary depending on the room's lighting conditions, projection distance, surface, and other environmental factors.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required by law.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete and confirm your purchase.
Any applicable shipping costs, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed during the checkout process where required.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, you will generally follow these steps:
- Select your product and preferred package
- Add the product to your cart
- Review and validate your cart
- Enter your shipping and billing information
- Select your payment method
- Review and confirm your order
- Receive your order confirmation by email
Your order becomes effective once your payment has been successfully authorized and processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in accordance with applicable law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

ARTICLE 7 – RETURNS, WITHDRAWAL & GUARANTEES
90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
STELLYO offers a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a return and refund, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.
This commercial guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory consumer rights applicable to you.
LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable, consumers have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason. Certain legal exceptions may apply.
LEGAL GUARANTEES
Where applicable, consumers benefit from mandatory legal guarantees under the laws of their country or region.
For customers covered by EU consumer law, goods are generally subject to a minimum two-year legal guarantee against defects or lack of conformity. This legal guarantee is separate from and cannot be replaced or reduced by our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCT USE & LIABILITY
Customers are responsible for using the product in accordance with the instructions and safety information provided with the product.
The projector should:
- Be used indoors unless otherwise specified
- Be kept away from water and excessive moisture
- Be kept away from excessive heat or open flames
- Not be used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose
- Not be exposed to conditions that could damage the product
Do not stare directly into the projector's light source.
STELLYO cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product's instructions and safety recommendations, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
